We are so excited to announce our second Italy Yoga retreat to the idyllic and enchanting Casavecchia, a 12th century olive oil vineyard situated just 20 minutes from the heart of Florence. Casavecchia is managed by the most hospitable people, offers a stunning and serene setting surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and has a private swimming pool and yoga studio. Close by in one direction is the charming and authentic Italian town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, renowned as the home of Machiavelli, and close in the other direction is Villa Vrindavan, a beautiful Vaisnava temple that offers spiritual programs, events and retreats, as well as houses the Museum of Sacred Art. We will have opportunities to explore both!!
Days will vary but will consist of such things as: day excursions to historical and natural sights unique to this region of Italy, yoga sessions that will consist of physical and spiritual deep dives, communal vegetarian meals prepared with love and devotion by a private chef, and plenty of free time to explore or relax.
You will come home from this journey rejuvenated, inspired, and filled with beautiful memories with beautiful people that will last a lifetime.

You will be staying at a refurbished 12th Century Villa only 20 minutes from Florence.
2 full vegetarian meals a day - brunch and dinner. In the morning fruits and drinks will be available. On day trips, you will cover your own lunch expenses.
Every morning there will be morning sadhana and Yoga sessions/seminars.
Visit Florence and Siena together with Cindy, Patrick and our local guide Tom. We will also spend a day in nature and visit an amazing waterfall.

Upon arrival at the Florence airport, guests will be picked up and transported to the property, where check-in begins at 4pm. Start with some Yin yoga to shake off the long journey followed by a welcome with snacks and a reception, providing a chance for everyone to meet each other, followed by a delightful dinner on the property.
The day starts with meditation and yoga to cultivate inner peace, followed by a nourishing brunch. There's an option for a local hike to connect with nature. Later, a visit to Villa Vrindavana includes Go Puja, honoring cows, and a seminar in the Museum of Sacred Arts. The evening offers a delicious vegetarian dinner at the temple, ending with a joyful Kirtan in the garden.
The day begins with Sadhana, a time for meditation and chanting, followed by a morning yoga session to promote balance and focus. After a nourishing brunch, there’s an opportunity to visit San Casciano Market and explore local offerings. In the afternoon, a seminar or yoga session provides space for learning or deeper practice. The evening includes a delicious dinner, followed by a relaxing sound bath to end the day with tranquility and calm.
The day starts with a morning yoga session to cultivate balance and energy, followed by a nourishing brunch. Afterward, there's a departure to Florence for exploration. In the evening, there’s a return journey, followed by a delicious dinner. The day concludes with Kirtan.

In the afternoon, there’s an option to relax at hot springs. on the way back. The day wraps up with a fun pizza night.
